    Guy Béland (1947-)

    "Born in Montreal, April 9, 1947. He received his secondary education at the Honoré-Mercier school.

    Painter: Landscape painter, portrait painter, surrealist, neo-figurative.

    He masters oil, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, modeling, and sculpture.

    From 1964-1966 he took courses at the École des Beaux-Arts in Montreal and graduated in 1966.

    From 1970-1975 he exhibited works and had shows at the Place Ville-Marie, the L'Accord Cultural Centre, the Mgr. Pigeon Cultural Centre, and at shows in the United States.
